Hello Guest! There's a lot to look over, so sit back with a cup of coffee, relax and browse around. We have a great group of ship and boat modelers here, both newbies and old salts, from all over the world. Our goal here is to help each other, without criticism or rebuke. Both newbies and old salts alike can learn from each other. No one has all the answers. Our most basic rule is simple, respect for your fellow members and their opinions. And don't take yourself too seriously! wirewolf (John, AKA - Cap), Forum Administrator

Default Lauck Street Shipyard HMS Kingfisher

I received enhanced kit #6 last week, and have had a little time (not much) to look at this large box. I am very impressed with the resin castings for the cannons and carvings. The instructions and photos are on 2 cd's and the instructions are broken down into separate chapters for printing. The wood in my kit is boxwood and beautifully milled. And one of the best parts of the kit is the support available from Bob Hunt and the folks on the boards as you build. As I have more time I will post more on this large kit.
