Default beeswax applicator
I came across this beeswax applicator at Joan Fabrics. My sister-in-law who is a seamstress put me wise to this so I went and got one. It's a handy little device about 2 inches in diameter about 1/2 in thickness. All you do is run your rigging thread through the grooves and it puts a nice coating of wax on the thread. I paid a couple dollars for it.

Its a very handy tool. I have one and it works well. They are also available online from Cast Your Anchor which is where mine came from.
